Principal Accountabilities
- Build profitable SBUs
- Budgeting, implementing, and monitoring targets, business sourced and collections
- Ensure teams adhere to lending policy & procedures
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage business teams to deliver as promised
- Customer interaction to be maintained
- Ensure Channel relationships are aligned to JL's vision and are effective and stable
- Manage channel targets and recoveries
- Manage payments and expectations including budgeting
