STEER FOUNDATION is a Non-Governing organisation engaged in providing philanthropically support and development to the upliftment of highly impacts group of community and other national NGOs engaged in similar mission in the field of Education, Health care, Rural Development, Social Justice, Fostering Social Changes.

Role

To lead the project from the startup phase including the write up, budgeting, approval & implementation and act as "External face" of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Over all responsibility of project write up, its thorough structuring, budget development, project implementation, financial strategies planning, project design, system development and compliance of all legal & regulatory matters.
• Understand and implements the organisation mission and objectives, networking with partner NGOs and briefing the board on progress.
• Vetting of program structure, team building, training programs and anchoring the values, mission and vision of the organisation and promote, support the agencies.
• Leadership qualities, decision making, problem solving skill in interpersonal and managerial areas.
• Good networking capability with NGOs, confidence and comfort in interacting individuals, authorities with excellent communication skill.

Qualification/Experience

• Must be PhD in social subjects and or long professional experience not less than 10 years with NGO of repute having sharing independent responsibilities.
• Innovating curricula in diverse field of social development of NGOs.
